12 Russian oil tankers for India stuck in South, East China Sea: Report
Nearly 15 million barrels of Russia's India-bound Sokol crude are sitting on 12 idle tankers off the Malaysian and South Korean coasts in South and East China Seas, Bloomberg reported. Most of these tankers haven't moved for over a month and could curb pace of exports. The hold-up is reportedly a result of less demand in India for Sokol crude.
