120-mm mortar bomb found near LoC in J&K, safely destroyed

A 120-mm mortar bomb was found near the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch district, officials said. The bomb was found during road construction work between Islamabad and Shahpur undertaken by the Border Roads Organisation (BRO). Officials added that the concerned Army unit was informed and the shell was safely destroyed under a controlled mechanism.
