122 cereal units in Telangana raided, unsafe products seized

The Telangana Food Safety Department inspected 122 cereal manufacturing, storage, and sales units on February 17-18 and lifted 270 samples for substandard quality, poor storage and hygiene practices, and labelling violations. Improvement and show cause notices were also issued to offenders. Additionally, special camps have been set up to bring unregistered vendors into the regulatory framework.
