12-yr-old boy gangraped & beaten in Delhi, DCW chief says 'even boys aren't safe here'

A 12-year-old boy was allegedly gangraped by four men who also inserted a rod in his private parts, as per a notice issued to the police by Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) chief Swati Maliwal. The accused also allegedly thrashed the boy with bricks and rods, Maliwal said. "In Delhi, even boys aren't safe, let alone girls," said Maliwal.
