12-yr-old, in relationship with minor brother, denied permission to abort foetus in Kerala

The Kerala High Court recently denied permission to a 12-year-old girl to medically terminate her pregnancy, saying the foetus has completed 34 weeks of gestation and is now fully developed. The girl got pregnant after being in an incestuous relationship with her minor brother. The court order barred her brother from being near her.
