12-yr-old UK coder earns £290,000 by selling 'Weird Whales' NFTs during holidays

A 12-year-old coder, Benyamin Ahmed, from London has made about £290,000 during the school holidays, after creating and selling a series of pixelated artworks called 'Weird Whales' as non-fungible tokens (NFTs). Benyamin is keeping his earnings in the form of Ethereum, the cryptocurrency in which they were sold. "I plan to...not convert it to fiat money," Benyamin said.
