13 illegal English-medium schools to be closed in Pune district

The Pune Zilla Parishad has decided to close down 13 English-medium schools in Pune district after they were found to be operating without permission from the state government. The students of these schools will be adjusted in other schools to prevent educational losses. The illegal schools will have to refund the fees paid by the students, an officer said.
