13-year-old Chinese swimmer named Asian Games Female MVP, gets ₹24 lakh

China's 13-year-old swimmer Yu Zidi has been named the Female MVP of Asian Games 2026 after winning three individual gold medals. She won the 200m butterfly, 200m individual medley and 400m individual medley, setting three Games records and one Asian record. The youngest MVP in Asian Games history received $25,000 (₹24 lakh) from the Olympic Council of Asia.
