13-year-old rape survivor in Maharashtra made to wait 8 hrs to file FIR

A 13-year-old rape survivor in Maharashtra’s Beed was reportedly made to wait eight hours to file FIR and further 10 hours to see a doctor. The girl and her family spent the entire night at police station before their complaint was filed. After that when they reached hospital for medical examination, they were told the female gynaecologist was not present.
