Bangalore police have arrested a 13-year-old boy for allegedly raping a nine-year-old girl while she was returning from school in the afternoon last Saturday. This is for the first time that a 13-year-old boy had been arrested on charge of raping a minor girl, police claimed. Police added that Medical examination has confirmed the accused’s involvement in the crime.
