130 Indians who took 'donkey route' deported from Panama

Panama on Friday deported 130 Indian migrants to Delhi who had entered the country via the inhospitable Darien jungle, under a deal on repatriations signed with the US in July. The US has pledged $6 million for migrant repatriations from the Central American country. A 'donkey route' refers to a long, roundabout journey designed to dodge border controls.
