13-yr-old girl raped & murdered in Austria; 3 Afghan nationals held

Austrian authorities have arrested three Afghan nationals, including a 16-year-old, for allegedly raping and killing a 13-year-old girl. The minor, whose body was found next to a tree in capital Vienna, was reportedly drugged. "I find it intolerable for people to come to us, say they're seeking protection and then commit cruel, barbaric crimes in Austria," Chancellor Sebastian Kurz said.
