140 ft long 'Stairway To Heaven' hangs over a 2,296 ft abyss in Austria

'Sky Ladder', also known as the 'Stairway To Heaven', is a 140-ft long ladder that stretches over a 2,296 ft gorge of the Grosser Donnerkogel mountain in Upper Austria. It bridges a giant gorge on the Donnerkogel via Ferrata (a protected climbing route found in the Alps). The ladder begins at a point that's already 700 metres above the ground.
