14-yr-old raped by stepdad for 6 months in Andhra; mom refuses to believe

A 14-year-old girl was allegedly raped by her stepfather for six months in Andhra Pradesh's Nellore district. The incident came to light after the victim's 10-year-old brother saw the accused trying to sexually assault the girl and screamed for help.
