US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said the 15% global tariff announced by President Donald Trump will likely be implemented sometime this week. Within five months US tariff rates would effectively return to where they stood before the Supreme Court's tariff struck-down order, he added. Recently, a US court rejected Trump's bid to delay litigation on tariff refunds for 90 days.
