15 killed, 20 hurt as building collapses in Russia after shelling
At least 15 people were killed, and 20 were injured after a 10-storey apartment building partially collapsed in Russia's Belgorod on Sunday, officials said. Russia's Investigative Committee, the country's top law enforcement agency, blamed Ukrainian shelling for the building's destruction. Russian President Vladimir Putin was briefed on the Ukrainian attack which the Kremlin dubbed as "barbaric".
