1.5 lakh new jobs to be created due to Surat Diamond Bourse: PM

PM Narendra Modi, speaking at the inauguration ceremony of the Surat Diamond Bourse on Sunday, said the complex will create new jobs for 1.5 lakh people. "Surat Diamond City has already given employment to over 8 lakh people…Surat has given a lot to the country, but Surat has even more potential. This is just the beginning," PM said.
