15 Naxalites, including senior leader Vikas, surrender in C'garh

15 Naxalites, including senior leader Vikas, surrendered in Mahasamund district of Chhattisgarh, Deputy CM Vijay Sharma said. The surrendered Naxalites belonged to the Balangir-Bargarh-Mahasamund division and were active along the Chhattisgarh-Odisha border. They surrendered with a significant cache of weapons, including AK-47s and other rifles. The Centre aims to eliminate Naxalism by March 31.
