Middle-aged women who consistently exercise may lead healthier lives, a research stated. A study of over 11,000 women found exercising 150 minutes weekly during middle age correlates with better physical health later in life, even if starting in mid-50s. Published in Plos One, the findings add to evidence that maintaining active lifestyle in middle age offers health benefits, researchers said.
