An undeveloped 157-acre plot of land overlooking Beverly Hills in the US has been listed for sale at $1 billion. The property, called The Mountain, sits on the highest point in the 90210 ZIP code, home to many celebrities. It comprises six zoned lots on which the new owner can build up to 1.5 million square feet of living space.
