15-km-long traffic jam in Himachal as over 200 people get stuck due to flash flood

Over 200 people, including tourists, are said to be stuck in Himachal Pradesh due to flash floods in Mandi district that has led to 15-km-long traffic jam. Mandi-Kullu highway has remained blocked since Sunday evening, with reports claiming that no hotel rooms are available in the area. According to officials, explosives were being used to blast heavy boulders blocking roads.
