15-yr-old Indonesian girl jailed for abortion after rape by brother

A 15-year-old Indonesian girl has been jailed for six months for having an abortion after she was raped by her elder brother, an official said on Saturday. Her 17-year-old brother was sentenced to two years in jail for sexually assaulting a minor. Indonesian law requires that an abortion must be performed no later than six weeks into a pregnancy.
