16 illegal buildings demolished near Mahakal Temple in Ujjain

Authorities in Ujjain demolished 16 illegal buildings near the Mahakal Temple in the Begambag area after stay orders from the lower court, High Court and Supreme Court ended. Over 50 police personnel, along with municipal staff were deployed at the site. Nearby lanes have been barricaded, and the area is being monitored through CCTV and drone cameras, officials said.
