16 Indian nationals have lost their lives since Middle East conflict began this year: Govt

Sixteen Indian nationals, including 10 seafarers, have died in the Middle East since the conflict began this year, the government told Parliament on Thursday. The deaths were reported in Oman (8), UAE (4), Kuwait (2), Saudi Arabia (1) and Iraq (1). Meanwhile, 75 Indians were also injured across UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Israel during the same period.
