16-yr-old Indian-origin founder claims man tried to 'destroy his future' over 30 sec bug

Om Patel, the Canada-based Indian-origin founder of BigIdeasDB, has claimed that a customer tried to destroy his startup and reputation over a 30-second bug which was immediately fixed. The 16-year-old alleged he refunded the man's subscription, but he still continued to send him threats and hostile messages. Patel shared screenshots of the customer's emails, calling his product a "scam".
