UAE all-rounder Aayan Afzal Khan on Sunday became the youngest-ever cricketer to feature in a men's T20 World Cup match, achieving the feat during his team's match against Netherlands in Geelong. Aayan set the record at the age of 16 years and 335 days. The previous record was held by Pakistan fast bowler Mohammad Amir (17 years and 55 days).
