16-yr-old accused of killing 17-yr-old TN boy to be tried as adult

A 16-year-old boy, accused of killing a 17-year-old schoolmate in Tamil Nadu, will be tried as an adult after his case was transferred to regular criminal court. Selva Surya died on April 30 after three students of a government school in Tirunelveli district attacked him with a stone. Of the three accused, only one will be tried as an adult.
