16-yr-old stabs teen 60 times over ₹350 theft, dances next to body in Delhi

A 16-year-old boy has been arrested by Delhi Police after he allegedly stabbed a teen to death in Delhi's Welcome area. Police said the victim refused to give ₹350 to the accused, after which the accused choked and stabbed him. Reportedly, the accused stabbed the victim 60 times. CCTV footage showed the accused dancing next to the body.
