18-year-old volleyball star falls to death from 6th floor hotel window in Istanbul

Eighteen-year-old Italian volleyball star Julia Ituma died after falling from the window of her room situated on the sixth floor of a hotel in Istanbul. She died hours after her Igor Novara side was eliminated from the Champions League. The Italians had travelled to Turkey to face Eczacibasi Dynavit Istanbul in the second leg of their semi-final tie.
