A 19-member US Democratic congressional delegation will attend COP31 in Antalya, Türkiye, from November 14–16, days after Democrats won control of both the House and Senate. Led by the SEEC Institute, the group will meet global policymakers to signal US commitment to climate action, despite President Donald Trump's continued rollback of federal climate measures.
