19-month-old baby loses vision after MP doctor puts drops for phlegm in eyes

A 19-month-old boy allegedly lost his eyesight after being taken to Madhya Pradesh's Banda Civil Hospital for treatment of cold, cough and eye redness. His parents alleged that a medicine meant to clear phlegm was mistakenly administered into his eyes by a doctor. Police have launched an investigation after the family's allegations.
