19-year-old runs across India to seek blessings at 12 Jyotirlingas for mother

When his mother fell seriously ill, 19-year-old Monu Meturbala from Bihar vowed to run across the country to seek blessings at all 12 Jyotirlingas if her health improved. After her condition improved, he began his journey on March 15, 2026. He has covered around 8,000 km, visiting five Jyotirlingas so far, and reportedly runs nearly 50 km daily, Moneycontrol reported.
