19-yr-old hacks accounts of 150 NEET candidates, tries to divert refund money; arrested

A 19-year-old man from Bihar allegedly hacked the accounts of 150 NEET-UG 2026 candidates and tried to divert refund money after the exam was cancelled over a paper leak. Police said he allegedly used a trial-and-error method to crack passwords and replaced the students' registered bank account details with his own. He has been arrested, and an investigation is underway.
