1965, 1971, Kargil, India didn't start any war: RS Prasad

BJP MP Ravi Shankar Prasad said that after Pakistan became a country in 1947, it fought first war with India in 1948, then in 1965, in 1971 and the Kargil War. "These are all recognised wars and just remember one thing that India had not started any war," he added. He further called Pahalgam terror attack "barbarism in the extreme".
