197 acres of encroached public land cleared in south Delhi
The Delhi government launched an anti-encroachment drive on Wednesday and cleared illegal structures built on 197 acres of public land in south Delhi's Asola village, officials said. At least 100 illegal structures spread across 42 plots, valued ₹3,000 crore, were demolished. Several farmhouses, boundary walls, and small-scale mining units were built illegally on the land.
