19-year-old student dies by suicide in a hostel in Mumbai

A 19-year-old woman allegedly died by suicide in a hostel in Mumbai's Santacruz area. The deceased, Shraddha Lokhande, was a first-year Computer Engineering student and was studying in a women's college, police said. She was found hanging from the ceiling by her roommate. Police are trying to find out the reason behind Shraddha's decision to kill herself, an official said.
