19-yr-old beaten to death for tearing pages of holy book at Gurudwara in Punjab

A 19-year-old youth was found dead after he allegedly tore pages of the Guru Granth Sahib, the holy book of Sikhs, at a Gurudwara in Ferozepur's Bandala village, police said. While videos showed locals beating up the victim, they claimed he was alive when he was handed over to police. His father said he was mentally unwell and on medication.
