19-yr-old creates fake Instagram account to harass woman near Hyd, arrested

Police have arrested a 19-year-old youth on charges of stalking and harassing a woman on Instagram in Rachakonda near Hyderabad. The accused allegedly created a fake Instagram account and sent a follow request to the complainant, which she accepted. She started receiving threatening messages from him, saying he would morph her pictures and upload them on dating websites, police said.
