1st double hundred in ODI cricket history was scored by Australia's Belinda Clark
The first-ever double century in ODI cricket was scored by ex-Australia Women cricketer Belinda Clark, who turns 54 today, against Denmark in 1997. Clark smashed 229*(155), including 22 fours, to help Australia put up 412/3, the second 400-plus team total in 50-over cricket. Clark is only one of the two players to score a double century in women's ODIs.
