1st ever video of humpback whale giving birth released

A video of humpback whale giving birth has been captured for the first time ever. The extremely rare footage was captured on March 5, 2021 in Lahaina, Hawaii. According to National Geographic, this is the first time that scientists have witnessed an entire whale birth. The video also revealed the presence of males around the female whale during the birth.
