1st picture of Tahawwur Rana after his extradition to India surfaces

The first picture of 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks accused Tahawwur Rana after he was extradited to India from the US, has surfaced online. NIA also formally arrested him after his arrival. The agency said his extradition was secured after years of sustained and concerted efforts. A total of 166 people were killed in the terror attacks.
