1st progress made in US-Iran talks to end war: Reports

US has agreed to release 25% of Iran's frozen funds held in foreign banks, according to reports quoting Iranian sources. US also reportedly showed more flexibility in allowing Iran to continue some peaceful nuclear activity under supervision of IAEA. The US has accepted waiving oil sanctions on Iran, Iran's Tasnim news agency reported.
