1st-time voters to get free cab rides, halwa for Kerala Assembly polls

Free cab rides, halwa and rice flour at ₹1 are among the initiatives announced for the first time voters for the Kerala Assembly elections on April 9. These initiaves by the Election Commission of India (ECI) will motivate the youths to vote, Kerala Chief Electoral Officer Rathan U Kelkar said. First-time voters may also get discounts from major coffee outlets.
