1st US moon lander since Apollo 17 in 1972 launches successfully
Odysseus, US' first lunar mission in more than 50 years since Apollo 17 in 1972, was launched successfully on Thursday. The lander, built by Houston-based aerospace company Intuitive Machines, is now on path to become world's first private lander on moon. It was flown by Elon Musk's SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket from Florida.
