2,500 rapists and paedophiles to be released by UK govt due to prison overcrowding

According to an analysis by UK's Conservative Party, almost 2,500 rapists and paedophiles are to be freed early from jail in September under Labour government's plan to tackle prison overcrowding crisis. The offenders will become eligible for release earlier than previously determined as a result of the legal changes to avoid jails running out of space, as per the analysis.
