2 ancient pyramids partly collapse in Mexico, tribal calls it 'bad omen'
Two ancient pyramids, located in Mexico's Ihuatzio archaeological site, have partly collapsed in Mexico following heavy rainfall in the area. Historians believe that the pyramids were used for human sacrifices by the Purepecha tribe, NDTV reported. A descendant of the tribe said, "For our ancestors, the builders, this was a bad omen that indicated the proximity of an important event."
