2 arrested for ₹10-crore extortion threat to Chandigarh builder

Two men from Tarn Taran, 30-year-old Arndeep Singh and 20-year-old Bunty, were arrested near Sector 18, Chandigarh for allegedly threatening a builder to extort ₹10 crore. Linked to an overseas gangster, they sent threatening voice messages via an international number. A country-made pistol and two cartridges were recovered.
