2 arrested in retd Brigadier's murder case, 1 injured in encounter

Two suspects linked to murder of retired Army Brigadier VK Joshi were arrested in Dehradun on Friday night. One was caught in the forest area of Guniyal village, while the other was injured in police firing after he opened fire. Brigadier Joshi died earlier this week after being hit by a stray bullet during a road rage clash in Rajpur.
