2 brothers undergo heart transplants in rare case in Delhi

Two brothers from the same family underwent life-saving heart transplants 11 years apart at Fortis Escorts, Okhla after developing advanced Dilated Cardiomyopathy, a rare genetic heart disease. Doctors called it one of India's first known cases where siblings with familial cardiomyopathy received successful transplants by the same surgical team.
