2 children narrowly escape building collapse in UP's Meerut

In a miraculous incident, two children narrowly escaped a building collapse in Uttar Pradesh's Meerut district on Friday. The entire incident was captured on CCTV installed in the area and soon the video went viral. In the footage, it could be seen that a house in dilapidated condition collapsed just moments after the children passed in front of it.
